On 18 February, 2010 Juana de Ibarbourou building was inaugurated which is
located in Avenue José Batlle y Ordoñez and Arrieta.
The ceremony had the presence of the secretary of the Mvotma, Arq. Graciela Muslera; the
director Nacional of Housing, A.S. Lucía Etcheverry, the President and the director of the
Natiolnal Agency of Housing, Ec. Carlos Mendive and Juan José Bruno and authorities of Teyma.
The building has 40 apartments of two, three and four bedrooms and a lounge of multiple uses.
The investment has been in the order of the USD 2.1M with a term of execution of 18 months
and a half and 70 laborers approximately have collaborated for this work.
